Staff were friendly, helpful and assisted us with taxi service . Located in a very favourable area, close to airport, bottlo, pub, convenience store and main access road. Very helpful when I needed a booking for another family member. Room was very comfortable with normal inclusions plus a balcony and a table with chairs for additional work space. Restaurant next to the check in desk. LOVED the breakfast. Those grapes we had this morning were the epitome of perfect. The eggs were cooked perfectly, honestly that breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel in a while. It was perfect 🥰 absolutely perfect. Can’t praise it enough. Compliments to the chef. Great work! The bed was comfy. Tv was easy to use. Facilities very clean. There was someone at the check in desk when we arrived which was very convenient. Easy to understand and use 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

We liked it was large with plenty of room, the bed was very comfortable. Was clean. Laundry facilities were very handy. 99 per cent for staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Reception staff awesome. The cleaning staff very thorough and pleasant. Close to airport We would definately stay again but would skip breakfast and buy at nearby cafe

Great location for one night stay before flight the next day. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was a very comfortable and a good size. Quiet location away from the Esplanade but with several options for eating if needed. Parking was excellent.

I loved the 24 hr service, it really made me feel safer than other hotels in Cairns. The room was great and having a full size bath to relax (10 stars) was amazing and the service was excellent with friendly guests. The views of the mountains and skyline in the mornings and evenings were very cleansing and healing.

Cairns Sheridan was exactly what you expect from a Sheridan hotel and I ended up booking another night here. The staff were amazing and super accommodating, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. The location is good if you don’t mind a longer walk along the esplanade to the shops, restaurants and harbour as it’s based on the other end.

Great size room that was clean and comfortable and close to the airport. We did hear a little road noise and sirens through the night that did disturb my sleep. When we checked in the staff were very helpful and ordered a taxi for us for the next morning for our very early flight.

The room had a small balcony pleasant to watch the world go by. It was large enough to be able to spread out and still be comfortable.
